空气炸锅真的很方便,拿来气炸薯条最合适。撒上一些调味料,在聚餐时随时可以捧出来宴客。

    Step 1

    在一个大碗里混合红甜椒粉、辣椒片、盐和油。In a big bowl, mix paprika powder, chili flakes, salt and oil.

    将蒜瓣磨成糊状,放入碗里搅拌均匀。Chopped garlic and mix well in the bowl.

    Step 3

    将马铃薯切成楔形,放入调味碗中,淋上所有的调味油。Cut the potato into wedges, add into big bowl and coat together with all the flavour oil.

    Step 4

    将马铃薯块放入空气炸锅中,160℃烤10分钟。完成后,把马铃薯翻到另一边,继续烤10分钟。完成后,撒上牛至和欧芹,趁热享用。Arrange the potato wedges in Air Fryer, bake at 160℃ for 10 minutes. Once done, flip the potato to another side and continue to bake for another 10 minutes. Once done, sprinkle with oregano and parsley. Serve hot.
